Milan, 5 May 2025 – On the occasion of Tuttofood, the international exhibition dedicated to agrifood, one of the most eagerly awaited off-site events was held: the I Love Italian Food Aftershow, a format that combines haute cuisine, networking, and the promotion of Made in Italy.

The setting for the evening was the modern Sonia Factory, which welcomed 120 guests selected by invitation from chefs, buyers, journalists, influencers and sector operators. An international and qualified audience enjoyed an immersive experience between authentic flavours and author performances, in a choral celebration of Italian food and wine.

The absolute stars of the evening were the chefs, who gave life to an ever-changing culinary show. Chef Gianni Tarabini proposed a risotto capable of narrating the territory with elegance and depth, while Chef Giorgio Servetto brought to the stage his signature cuisine from Liguria, made of technique and excellent raw materials. Inevitable verve was Daniele Reponi, who won over the audience with his iconic gourmet sandwiches, capable of enhancing Italian cold cuts in original and irresistible combinations.

Also central was the presence of Menù, main partner of the evening, which animated a dedicated showcooking area, where the company’s chefs reinterpreted classic traditional dishes in a modern key.

 

To complete the experience, a refined mixology area entirely Italian, where spirits and liqueurs of excellence were the protagonists of creative cocktails designed to enhance the flavours of our cuisine.

In the buffet, a triumph of pastas, risottos, cured meats and cheeses, all strictly 100% Italian, accompanied the evening in a gastronomic journey designed to tell the story of the richness and variety of our agrifood culture.

The Milan Aftershow is thus confirmed as a key moment for the promotion of Made in Italy, bringing together professionals and enthusiasts in a convivial atmosphere, where the quality of raw materials and passion for cooking become universal languages.
